Shipping Policy

The following destinations will be charged for shipping fee: Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern & Western Europe and the Middle East.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. For your protection, we insures and registers all items for their full value. Currently all deliveries must be made to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise. we does not ship to P.O. Box address and requires an adult to sign for the package.
Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once you place your order by clicking on the "Place Order" button, you will see the order confirmation page and an e-mail containing your we order number will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us

Orders usually ships within 24-36 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you within the next 48 hours reflecting that your order has been shipped with tracking numbers. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
---"Billing " address and "Shipping " addresses are not the same.
---Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
---A product is currently out of stock.
---An order which requires special customization.
--- An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

You can RETURN any item that you've ordered online from FITFLOPSALE.COM (by post or recorded courier) for a REFUND within 7 days of the dispatch date.

In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors. This includes all packaging and labelling. (If you're trying them on for fit, may we suggest you stay inside while you walk around in them?)

All footwear will be inspected on return.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure you package them up well to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.

The INITIAL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING charge, as well as any RETURN POSTAGE cost incurred, IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated).

PLEASE indicate the REASON FOR RETURN using the CODES provided and, in the case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in the space provided. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

You must obtain a receipt for your return package at the Post Office counter, which can be used to track the item(s) you are returning, should for some reason they not arrive at our warehouse. We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don¡¯t receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.

We process refunds for products received by post within 14 days of receipt, and will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the odd instance that items have been shipped to you that do not conform to your original order, we will refund your initial delivery charge and return postage. Please return the items to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery, or standard Royal Mail (retaining your proof of postage).

If the damage to a faulty item is deemed to be malicious (who, you ask, would want to attack an innocent FITFLOP footwear item?), no refund (not product, nor delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.

We cannot accept liability nor can we take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during FITFLOP.com online orders can only be returned by post to the FITFLOPSALE.COM warehouse address below. Sorry, but items purchased from FITFLOPSALE.com may not be returned via any of our retailer partners, as selections and styles vary from retailer to retailer.

On receipt at our warehouse, standard inspection checks will be carried out in conjunction with the reason specified on the return and once approved a refund to the original payment method will be issued. Please allow up to ten (10) working days from receipt for this refund to be made.

Delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen¡¯s Advice Bureau for UK customers).
